Our Basic Kickboxing courses run for eight weeks with two sessions per week. Weekly sessions will be held on Tuesdays at 7.00pm and Thursdays at 7.00pm. This is a GREAT way to try kickboxing and get fit , at £4 per session its also great value, check out events page for the next course start date.
