TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Photography- Wolfpack Martial Arts reserves the right to photograph and use image on social media and other forms of advertising. If you do not wish you or your child to be included in these photographs please let a member of staff know.

2) Health and Safety- As a member at Wolfpack Martial Arts, you agree to comply to the rules and regulations in regards to the use of the facilities, the classes, our booking system, opening hours and your conduct. When using the facilities you agree that you are responsible for exercising within your own capabilities and accept any injury and illness that is brought on if you exercise irresponsibly. 

3) Memberships- All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. There is a pro-rota fee for our memberships when you purchase a membership. This is calculated by what percentage of the month is left and total cost of the membership. All memberships will be charged on the 1st of every month. There may be a delay in your bank asking for the charge, and therefore the account may be taken from your account anytime between the 1st and the 7th of each month.  Our automated system will attempt to take your membership cost twice before your membership is suspended. Please make a member of staff aware if you will not be able to make your payments. By purchasing a membership at Wolfpack Martial Arts, you accept and acknowledge there is a one-month's notice cancellation policy and we will take one further payment after your notice to cancel. This must be done in writing to admin@wolfpack.scot. All membership purchases are non-refundable. Any registration fee is non-refundable. Licence and insurance fees are non-refundable. Wolfpack Martial Arts reserves the right to cancel your membership with no notice if we deem this fit.
